'Supafilta' Filtration Units

Oil does not wear out, but it does have to be changed at regular intervals dictated by the particular application in order to keep contamination below critical levels.  Oil changes can be costly but you don't have to buy new each time - you can filter the oil and reuse it.

The 'Supafilta' uses filter elements specifically for your contamination be it moisture, acids, tars, resins and filters it down to maintain solid particles below one micron in size.  In application the unit will process unused transformer oil to better than BS148: 1998  in a single pass.   Oil that is heavily moisture contaminated requires additional help to remove moisture (vacuum and heat), and then needs extended circulation filtration to achieve maximum cleanliness level.

The units can be used whilst the oil is still in use that is, continuous full-flow or bypass filtration, they have been designed to be small portable and lightweight units.  There are numerous combinations of assembly to match your specification with differing numbers of pots, number of filtration stages, and a removable prefilter can be added which is a washable mesh basket that filters out larger particles of oil prolonging the life of the filter elements themselves.  The units are available in 3 phase / 240V / 110V
